I'm not dead, nor have I completely given up on Mindsay as of yet.  I'm just too busy to blog from work, and too lazy to fire up another browser from home in order to blog.

So here goes another in the ongoing chronicles of everyone's favorite anti-hero: DANNYBOY!

In the last month, not a whole lot has happened that I care to get into here.  I have officially taken over a good part of the Sys Admin duties for our department at work.  Fully enjoying that, keeps me away from the annoying finance stuff.

I've also been playing lots and lots of Kingdom of Loathing (www.kingdomofloathing.com), and Billy managed to get into the EQII Beta, so I have been playing there a bit.  It is every bit as addicting as EQI, which I wasted 3 years of my life on.  So I probably will not be buying the retail when it comes out.

I have officially decided to move out to LA come next summer, so I'll be spending the next year being reclusive in order to save up and get everything ready.  As part of that, I'm officially quitting smoking starting tomorrow.  Everyone is encouraged to hassle me as much as they wish over smoking so that I'll actually go through with it.  Smokes are more expensive in LA than here (hard to believe), and it's a serious pain in the ass to be a smoker there.

OK, I realize I don't actually do entries much anymore, but I do log in just about every day to check on the people I have met through here (I'm looking at you, Bettie and Megan =p).  For fuck's sake, what the hell happened to Mindsay??  I log on today and all the stuff that I had so painstakingly spent time putting on my blog page (pix, linx, plugins, etc) are GONE.  On top of that, as a Mozilla user, I cannot view replies nor update (I actually had to go and find IE and fire it up to do this).  I sent off a couple of scathing feedbacks to Mindsay, but unfortunately, all the 12 year olds who use this will tell them how great it is, etc without actually trying to use this un-user friendly interface.  If I disappear, that means they have banned me for not being a fanboi.  How pathetic is it to not bother to test your programs in a decent browser??  I also noticed there was a thing on the feedback page about how Opera is not working either.  Go go corporate M$ suckups!
